dc.description.abstract Project files from "Frankenstein: Penetrating the Secrets of Nature," a traveling exhibition organized by the National Library Of Medicine in cooperation with the ALA. The exhibit examined the novel "Frankenstein," what it means to be human and to be a part of the human community, and the role of science in civilization and culture. 82 public, academic, and medical libraries throughout the country hosted the exhibit from 2002 to 2006. en_US
