dc.description.abstract Lang Wightman discusses his career and the changes he has seen in the bookbinding profession. After two years at Hertzberg-New Method, he spent six years at Perfection Learning, where he set-up a complete bindery from scratch. In October, 2014, he retired from President of LBS in Des Moines, Iowa where he had worked for 32 years. Wightman is an active member of the BMI. In the interview he discusses the various people he was able to interact with over his career and what this meant to him. en_US
