**Goals, Objectives, Projects completed (including, but not limited to, any procedures, tip sheets, checklists, etc. created during the reporting year):

• Review the minutes of the Midwinter and Annual board meetings for unfinished business and assignments.
• Compare changes approved to the NMRT bylaws.
• Prepare bylaw changes for ballot.
• Implement changes to bylaws.
• Provide a parliamentarian at the Midwinter and Annual board meetings.
• Maintain online version of Constitution and Bylaws. (With the help of NMRT Web Committee)

**Action Items/Issues To Be Resolved – What plans/projects remain which will be carried over or postponed until next year? Have there been any substantial changes in plans requiring a reconsideration or cancellation of projects? Information regarding such will be helpful for future chairs and planners.

• Create a "cheat sheet" for first-time parliamentarians (in-progress with possibility of completion by ALA Annual 2005);
• Do a close comparison of the Constitution & Bylaws to identify duplications that might cause confusion (in-progress with possibility of completion by ALA Annual 2005);

• Re-visit changes to the Constitution & Bylaws that were suggested by the 2000 committee.
