Homework Gap Coalition Letter

Abstract

The undersigned K-12 education and library associations write today to urge you to include within the forthcoming Build Back Better Act at least $4 billion to ensure that more than 5 million students, teachers and library patrons can maintain their home broadband connections beyond June 30, 2022. We hope that Congress will follow the lead of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which has already approved that sum in its section of the Build Back Better Act.
