RUSA Publications Taskforce Final Report

Abstract

In April 2021, the RUSA Publications Task Force was charged to review and assess the current RUSA publications program. The primary goal of this work is to identify key publications and communications needs of the RUSA membership in order to articulate a sustainable, meaningful content strategy for RUSA publications. The work of this task force will be undertaken in partnership with the RUSA Office. All proposals should consider and prioritize strategic alignment with ALA and RUSA pivot strategies, fiscal commitments, staff and member volunteer 2 time, and the value proposition to RUSA membership and the larger reference and user services community of practice. The Task Force will present recommendations to the RUSA Board of Directors.
