Library Copyright Alliance Comments on Publishers' Protection Study

Abstract

The Library Copyright Alliance (“LCA”) appreciates this opportunity to comment on the publishers’ protection study. As discussed below in greater detail in response to the Copyright Office’s questions, LCA opposes the adoption of a press publishers’ right in the United States.
