Abstract

The European Studies Section (ESS) of ACRL was formed in 2017 by a merger of the Western European Studies Section (WESS) and the Section for Eastern European Studies (SEES). In fall 2018, the ESS Research and Planning Committee was charged with conducting a membership survey with the goal of learning more about who the members of the new section are and what they would like to get out of their ESS membership.
