Abstract

The analysis of Area 5 is presented in five sections: (a) an outline of the Area 5 rules; (b) unique rules in Chapter 1, with notes about rules in the other chapters that relate to them; (c) unique rules in other chapters; (d) inconsistencies across chapters; and (e) other comments. It also contains a short appendix listing all of the SMDs in the various chapters (along with any unique instructions that accompany them), in case anyone finds this interesting, or finds anything therein noteworthy for our purposes.
