ALA Digital Reference

 

The primary product of ALA Digital reference is RDA Toolkit, a subscription website that provides access to RDA: Resource Description and Access, an international standard for bibliographic description. RDA is intended to facilitate and advance the creation and exchange of bibliographic data. ALA Digital Reference collaborates with the RDA Board and RDA Steering Committee to maintain and develop RDA and RDA Toolkit in order to maximize its value to catalogers, managers, metadata specialists, archivists, developers, and publishers.
