Abstract:
Member Voting Statistics from 1970 through 2007, for both paper and web based ballots. Total ballots returned between 1970 and 2003 was for the Council ballot only. Total ballots returned from 2004 through 2006 represented any Web voter plus all envelopes received (for the paper side). Total ballots returned for 2007 represents all unique voters: any Web voter plus all additional unique paper voters (since the ballots were coded we were able to identify unique voters).
