Long Comment Regarding a Proposed Exemption Under U.S.C. 1201

Abstract

The Library Copyright Alliance, of which ALA is a member, filed comments in favor of 1201 exceptions for duplicating lawfully acquired DVDs and other media for the purpose of preservation.
