The work of the Division’s Professional Resources Committee and the work of our Achievement Awards and Grants Committee also deserve special recognition. As always, our key focus was on supporting and engaging our members and contributing meaningfully to the reference and user services community of practice. G.RUSA had a busy and productive year in 2018-19. Our major focus was on creating a new vision statement and complete a new strategic plan, positioning RUSA to meet the evolving and future needs of its members. We also transitioned to a new executive director for the second time in less than a year. This has provided both challenges and amazing opportunities for us to nimbly move to the future.
