In this issue: Your Feedback Needed on Library Principles!

	It's not too late to comment on the Library Principles for 
the Networked World -- you have until July 15 to submit your 
observations and suggestions. 

We still need your help!  Your feedback and input are essential 
for this document to accurately reflect the perspectives of the 
library community and to be useful to librarians, policy makers 
and government officials.  Please review the draft principles at 
the OITP Web site, http://www.ala.org/oitp/prinintro.html, and 
submit feedback following the simple instructions on the "How to 
Comment" page (http://www.ala.org/oitp/comment.html). 

We have received terrific, substantive feedback, but we really 
want to hear from YOU!

Please direct all comments and questions BY JULY 15 to 
oitp@alawash.org. Your comments will ensure that these principles 
accurately reflect the needs of libraries and library users in the 
networked world.
