In This Issue: PATRIOT Update- Contact Your Representatives Today

The Senate passed S. 2271 on March 1st. The House is expected to vote on this legislation tomorrow (Tuesday).  

We are asking you to call your Representatives today and encourage them to vote against S.2271. 

The House has already passed the PATRIOT Act reauthorization conference report, and the Senate passed it last Thursday.  If S. 2271, which is a flawed compromise bill, passes in the House, it will be the final vote on USA PATRIOT Act reauthorization for the next 4 years.
