Both are expected to pass. S. 2271 is likely to be voted on in the House today or Thursday at the latest. S. 2271 as it stands does not provide adequate protections to library patron privacy. We are asking you again to call your Representative TODAY (calls rather than emails are needed at this critical juncture) and encourage her/him to vote against S.2271. Please encourage your Representative to vote against S. 2271.
