**Committee Charge:  The committee is responsible for the ongoing examination of the use of resources (people, fiscal, etc.) within NMRT in light of the NMRT Mission Statement and NMRT budget.

 

 

 

**2002 - 2003 Project Description / Goals:  Annual review of NMRT resource allocation and use.  This year, the SSRA Committee is looking at:

1.   member priorities

2.   what makes a good committee experience.

 

The Committee wants to answer the question: How do we go from stressed-out committee experience to valuable and fun committee experience?

 

 

 

**Specific Objectives (numbers, tangible end-products):  The committee will define and put into practice ideas that come from brainstorming to accomplish the above goals.
