Both Sides of the Interview.
Jobseekers - when a manager interviews you for a job, are you also interviewing
them? Managers - when you interview a jobseeker, what are you communicating
about your organization? Managers and jobseekers, learn how to interact
with each other before, during, and after the interview process. Hear
best practices and tips about job interviews and hiring from a panel including
a human resources manager, a career consultant, a public library director, a
recent library school graduate, and an organizational psychologist.
