Specific Needs/Support (non-financial):

webpage creation, web form creation, web database, web database, scripting,
etc):
No one on the committee
is authorized to update the

volunteers:
At both the Midwinter Meeting and the
Annual Conference, the Orientation Committee will need approximately five
volunteers to stuff bags to be given to program attendees.
Bag stuffing will occur on Friday afternoon.
The Committee will also need two volunteers to greet program attendees at
the time of the Orientation Program.
Committee members will serve as on-site volunteers.
At this time we do not anticipate needing additional volunteers.
c. Publicity planned for the committee (posting to other discussion lists, official press release for webpage, etc.):
To promote the NMRT Orientation
Program at both the Midwinter Meeting and the Annual Conference, the Committee
will send program announcements to the NMRT, NewLib,
and LibRef discussion lists.
The Committee will also update its Webpage.
Additionally, the Committee will write an article on how to attend
