**Goals, Objectives, Projects completed (including, but not limited to, any procedures, tip sheets, checklists, etc. created during the reporting year):

Since our NMRT Progress Report, the Committee has:

·         Prepared and sent out announcements to various listservs

·         Created an access database of all the participants information

·        Explored the idea of career mentoring

·        Matched Mentors and Mentees for the conference mentoring program in Orlando

·         Conference Mentoring ALA Annual 2004 Summary—39 matches created

·               41 Mentee applicants (2 applicants withdrew from the program)

·               39 Mentor applicants

·        Created an evaluation form and emailed it to each participant

 

**Action Items/Issues To Be Resolved – What plans/projects remain which will be carried over or postponed until next year? Have there been any substantial changes in plans requiring a reconsideration or cancellation of projects? Information regarding such will be helpful for future chairs and planners.

·  Maintain the participants' database that was created this year

·  Prepare publicity for Midwinter

·  Revise the application form for mentors and mentees

·  Draft an outline for career mentoring program

·  Continue to explore the need for all year mentoring program

·  Continue to explore the idea of working with other mentoring program within ALA/ACRL
