**Activity in Current Reporting Period 

a)      Projects completed (For example, any procedures, tip sheets, checklists, etc. created during this period):

·        Updated the following committee entries:  SASCO, Liaison Coordination and Support, Footnoes.

·        Created new committee entries for the following committees:  Student Reception, Web Committee (with the assistance of Debra Andreadis), SCOTYA, 3M/NMRT Professional Development Grant, 3M/NMRT Social.

·        Updated Section 1 “Division of Responsibilities” page – removed officer names to eliminate the need to update every year and updated committee names.

·        Updated Section 1 “Constitution & Bylaws” to reflect changes approved by the Board in 2001 that were never changed on the web version.

b)      Projects in progress but not yet completed:

·        Creating content for Section 1 “NMRT Organizational Chart.”  Brook Lippy has been assigned the team leader in charge of this project.  Also assigned to this task are Lara Martinez and Tracey Reed.

·        Updating Section 1 “Past NMRT Officers” to reflect the names of all the officers for the last 10 years.  The page currently just lists past Presidents.  Johnna Childs and Andrea Cheney are in charge of this project.

·        Updating Section 1 “Budget” to include a link to the 03-04 and 04-05 budgets.  Stephanie DeClue is in charge of this project.

·        Updating Section 5 “Liaisons”.  Wendy Westgate is in charge of this project.

·        Updating Section 4 “Committees” – all the committee entries that were not updated last term will be updated this term.  Wendy Westgate is in charge of gathering the information for this project.
