**Activity in Current Reporting Period 

a) Projects completed (For example, any procedures, tipsheets, checklists, etc. created during this period):

1)  Completed standardization of the Resume Review Station Booth documents (such as: job   seeker sign-up sheets, tips for reviewers, and other documents). 

2) Revised surveys for reviewers and jobseekers that come to the Resume Review station.

 

3) Successfully provided RRS at ALA Midwinter.  Staffed booth with volunteers for four days of conference (total of 24 hours). 

4) Scheduled over 30 reviewers to staff RRS at ALA Midwinter.

5) Informed 126 visitors during ALA Midwinter and performed over 60 resume reviews.

6) Revised advertising flyers & handouts and Handbook Entry.

b) Projects in progress but not yet completed:


1) Continue to provide resume reviewing to NMRT members via e-mail and continue to strive for the turnaround time of one week. (Last year 45 resumes were received. We would like to increase this by 50%.)

2) Work with RRS Committee to better promote and publicize the e-mail resume reviewing service & ALA Conference reviewing service with listserv notices, articles, press releases, etc.

3) Work with web liaison to create a form for easier resume submission via the website.

4) Work with RRS Committee to create a comprehensive online guide focusing on librarian employment resources.
