Projects completed (For example, any procedures, tip
sheets, checklists, etc. created during this period):
Collected,
edited, and laid out stories for the Midwinter issue. Sent the Midwinter issue of Footnotes to membership. Conducted a
major survey of the NMRT membership about what they want from Footnotes in
content, delivery mechanism, and timing.

Projects in progress but not yet completed:
Survey data
has been compiled and sent to committee members and supervising board members.
We are still developing our response to the survey, and our related
recommendations to the board about how Footnotes should change based on the
member survey responses.

Have there been any substantial changes in plans since then? What items, if
any, have been deferred until next year?):
Footnotes is
still not online. We decided to survey
the membership to find out if they wanted Footnotes to be online after
all. We still need to do some research about
potential costs for different delivery formats, make a recommendation to the
board, and make whatever changes are accepted and agreed upon.
