Activity in Current Reporting Period 

a)      Projects completed (For example, any procedures, tip sheets, checklists, etc. created during this period):  Confirmed four panelists; announced program topic in Footnotes; finalized program details; met at Midwinter; located individuals to cover photocopying expenses for the program handout, promotional flyer, and evaluation forms; created the program web site; updated the task list

 

b)      Projects in progress but not yet completed: Confirm co-sponsorship with ILEX; receive all panelist bios for inclusion in the program handout; prepare promotional flyer for ILEX and for inclusion in orientation packets at the Annual Conference; prepare program handout; prepare evaluation forms; publicize the program on online discussion lists and in NMRT publications (such as Footnotes and Cognotes); oversee all aspects of the program at the Annual Conference.

 

 

Action Items/Issues To Be Resolved (What is left to do, based on your Planning Report?
Have there been any substantial changes in plans since then? What items, if any, have been deferred until next year?):  The most significant changes since the Planning Report have been: 1) The replacement of two of our four panelists with two new panelists; 2) The addition of two new committee members; 3) The likely addition of ILEX as a program co-sponsor.  No items will be deferred until next year.
