The tentative agenda for the meeting/program has been completed:

Richard Murray, to present the Shirley Olofsen Award (less than 5 min.)

Gene Kinnaly is the keynote speaker, to give update about the Better Salaries and Pay Equity          Task Force (up to 25 min.)

Beth Kraemer, incoming NMRT President, on her initiatives (10 min.)

Stacey Shoup, NMRT Coucilor to ALA (10 min.)

3rd Congress Representative (10  min.)

 

b)      Projects in progress but not yet completed:

Website that archives our discussion topics from NMRT-L (will be linked from the NMRT webpage).

Finish the rest of the monthly discussions on NMRT-L.

 

 

**Action Items/Issues To Be Resolved (What is left to do, based on your Planning Report?
Have there been any substantial changes in plans since then? What items, if any, have been deferred until next year?):

  Print agenda –will be completed as soon as the 3rd Congress representative is appointed so that we may formally invite he/she to be a speaker at the program (will be one of the representative's obligations).

 

Food at program/meeting –may be resolved if Orientation has enough snack food to carry over into our meeting, or we may find funding from another source to secure coffee service and cookies.

 

Publicity: we already have a blurb for the program/meeting, but we will need to send this out as the conference gets closer.
