**2002 - 2003 Project Description / Goals:  Greater awareness of the publicity committee and its services among other committee chairs and NMRT members.  Improve the design of ads for NMRT events so they have more visual impact.




**Specific Objectives (numbers, tangible end-products): 

•Create a tip sheet for writing press releases

•Write press releases for every committee/NMRT event

•Forward announcements

•Actively monitor e-mail discussion groups for news about NMRT committees and events

•Graphic template for ads with visual impact in B&W and color
